The report that Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi threatened to block EU business if Commission officials did not stop commenting on his government was the latest in a series of clashes between the current Italian government and EU institutions. The bill will now move to the upper house (the Senate) for approval. It will then be signed into French law. Under this Bill, Authorities will be able to cut off Internet service to suspected online pirates after two warnings.
