Fang Xiu'an (David Fang as shown in leading international media) is the President and Founder of Coalworld.net, co-sponsored by the China Coal Transport and Distribution Association (CCTD), China's official coal market watchdog. Mr. Fang has systematically kept track of the Chinese coal industry and downstream industries, such as power, steel, and cement over the years, with in-depth insights into the domestic coal market. He follows up with the macroscopic economy, government policies, coal market dynamics. As a Deputy Director of the Information Center of the CCTD, Mr. Fang has a good access to official sources of data and information, maintains close ties with coal producers and traders, and other industrial associations, as well as government energy authorities. Prior, he was a Vice President of a consulting firm. He started his career with a public servant in a government ministry more than 20 years ago. Mr. Fang has two Master's degrees, and speaks very fluent English. (This is me - Update Profile)
