William Santana Li is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Carbon Motors Corporation, a new American automaker developing a purpose-built law enforcement patrol vehicle. Mr. Li is an experienced senior automotive executive and has worked with corporate and entrepreneurial environments. He is fluent in speaking to macro and micro industry trends at the OEM and Tier 1 supplier level from a market, financial, technical or strategic and corporate standpoint. He has more than 16 years of experience in the automotive industry and has expertise in brand, design, engineering, manufacturing rationalization, and distribution. Previously, he has served as the CEO for Build-to-Order Inc, CEO for Model E Corporation and COO for Greenleaf LLC and was Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Ford Motor Company.
