Wee Soon Chit is a Director at Regroup Associates (Johor) Sdn Bhd in Johor, Malaysia. Regroup Associates provides real estate valuation, property management, research, and agency services. Mr. Soon Chit is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has been practicing in Johor since 1996. He is currently the Branch Chairman of the Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (Johor Branch). Mr. Soon Chit has been advising major Middle East investors on their potential real estate investment in the Iskandar Development Region (IDR).
