Wayne Yamano

Wayne Yamano is a Senior Manager at John Burns Real Estate Consulting in Irvine, CA. Mr. Yamano was the company's first employee, and has created many of the tools used on a regular basis, including proprietary Housing Demand by Lifestage model and Housing Market Fundamentals Grade model. He currently manages the market analysis team that monitors housing markets all across the country. Prior to joining John Burns Real Estate Consulting, Mr. Yamano was a real estate research analyst at CB Richard Ellis and in portfolio management at Banc of America Securities.
