W. Lawrence Patrick

W. Lawrence Patrick, Ph.D., J.D., is the President of Patrick Communications, a media investment banking and brokerage company with over $6.0 billion in transactions in recent years, including the sale of over 125 television stations and 500 radio stations, since its founding in 1984. Mr. Patrick also owns and operates 17 small-market radio stations. Previously, Mr. Patrick served as the Chief Operating Officer of Gilmore Broadcasting and Senior Vice President of National Association of Broadcasters. He also owned 12 other mid-sized radio stations. He has served as an expert witness in 23 media litigation cases, is an international consultant and speaker, and is a regular contributor to trade publications in the broadcasting field. Mr. Patrick has consulted for broadcasting and cable companies in addition to over 50 financial institutions.
