Council Member Biography

Ulises Pin is a Partner in the telecommunications, media and technology practice of Bingham McCutchen in Washington, DC. He represents U.S. and foreign communications companies before the Federal Communications Commission as well as communications regulators in Mexico, Brazil, and Latin American countries. Mr. Pin also advises private equity firms, venture capital funds and financial institutions in connection with investments in the TMT and technology sectors. He advises clients on wire-line, wireless and international communications, VoIP, infrastructure projects, land and submarine networks, satellite services, media and emerging technologies. He represents clients in cross-border financing transactions in various industries, including, technology, energy, retail and waste management. Previously, Mr. Pin worked at a prominent corporate law firm in Mexico City where he advised Mexican and foreign investors in corporate matters. (This is me - Update Profile)
