Council Member Biography
Trina Ha is the Director of Samuel Seow Law Corporation. Ms. Ha specializes in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on intellectual property rights and media/entertainment. She is experienced in matters involving the exploitation of intellectual property and has drafted and advised on transactions for clients from various industries including entertainment, telecommunications, internet, pharmaceutical, food & beverage and fashion sectors. Ms. Ha also advises on intellectual property registration and enforcement. She was a legal counsel with the Media Development Authority of Singapore where she drafted, reviewed and negotiated contracts for the Authority's investments in film, television, animation, games and publishing.
