Tom O'Riordan was the Chief Executive Officer at American Sporting Goods, a footwear distributor, where he worked from March 2007 until August 2009. ASG's brands include Avia, Ryka, And1, NSS, Nevados, and Yukon. He was a Chief Executive Officer at Fila until April 2004. He managed the turnaround of Fila Americas and engineered the sale/purchase of the public company to a PE firm. Prior, he was instrumental in the turnaround of Adidas in the US. He also spent 6 years with Nike during their mid-80s turnaround period. He has direct experience in managing IT, sales, product marketing, operations, HR, retail, legal, and facilities managment.
