Tom Dailey is the Founder of Tom Dailey Consulting. He is a former management committee executive at Discover and senior vice president, head of Discover's merchant network and Discover's bankcard business, which included Mastercard and Visa processing. Following 22 years at the company, he most recently served as an Advisory Director to Discover/Morgan Stanley; he retired in 2005. In this role, Mr. Dailey was responsible for a $2 billion dollar division including merchant acceptance, marketing, product development, finance, sales, information technology and operations. He was involved in the original inception and founding team of the Discover Card in 1985. Mr. Dailey is also a member of the Board of Directors of Merchant e-Solutions, a payments processing company, and the Advisory Board of Progress Financial Corp., a hispanic-oriented micro-lender. He is also engaged in private consulting for the financial services industry and president of Valtegrics. (This is me - Update Profile)
