Titus Bocseri

Titus Bocseri, was until Feb 2008, the Vice President in the Strategic Development and Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Willis. His responsibilities included working on deals - sourcing, preliminary review, due diligence, contract negotiations, execution - with the added task of being in charge of the integration / post-transaction tracking phase. Mr. Bocseri was responsible for evaluating trends in the insurance brokerage M&A space, impact of property and casualty companies on external factors, and its investment portfolios. Prior to Willis, Mr. Bocseri was a Corporate Vice President of New York Life Insurance Company, where he managed New York Life's business development group and was responsible for product development, competitive advantage analysis, establishing strategic alliances, and venture capital. He also evaluated future trends that might impact the life insurance business such as life settlements, stranger owned life insurance, globalization, changes in distribution patterns, and premium finance. Mr. Bocseri also performed the role of innovation officer for the entire company. Before New York Life, Titus worked in management consulting - as managing partner - where he developed and cultivated strong client relations. (This is me - Update Profile)
