Timothy Bransford is an Associate and member of the Telecommunications, Media and Technology Practice at Bingham McCutchen located in Washington, DC. He has over seven years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has worked in business development and network operations with an emphasis on satellite, submarine cable and wireless network design and development. He has extensive background examining market and regulatory trends in the satellite industry, and has worked on a number of projects with the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization/Defense Information Systems Agency ("DITCO/DISA"), which runs the Department of Defense (DOD) network worldwide, and the Diplomatic Telecommunications Service Program Office (DTSPO), which runs the Department of State (DOS) network worldwide. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bransford was a summer fellow with Wiley, Rein and Fielding LLP and also served as a law clerk with the Satellite Division (International Bureau) of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). He received his BA from the University of Arizona and his JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. (This is me - Update Profile)
