His clients include the largest financial institutions, investment banks, and homebuilders in the country. Previously, Mr. Sullivan was the Principal of Hanley Wood Market Intelligence, a real estate consulting firm in California and was a Senior Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick's National Real Estate Consulting Group where he led teams that analyzed distressed real estate portfolios.
