Thomas J. Slover is CEO of Shoe Sensation Inc., a Consumer Growth Partners portfolio company operating a chain of family shoe stores in the Midwest, since January 2008. Prior to this Mr. Slover was President and Chief Executive Officer at Foot Locker Europe, from 2002 to 2005. He is a senior executive with over 30 years of retail experience including 13 years of working internationally in Europe and Asia with recognized accomplishments in management, consumer product sourcing, buying, planning, and information systems development. He has managed the $1.0 billion Foot Locker Europe chain, growing the division from 377 stores in 2002 to over 500 stores in 2005. Previously, he managed footlocker.com/Eastbay, the on-line and catalog division of Foot Locker, Inc., growing the profits of that division from $1 million in 2000 to $40 million in 2002, 11.5% of sales.
