Thomas Fagan is an Executive Vice President at Stellar Services, Inc. Mr. Fagan consults for companies such as Stellar Services and Robbins-Gioia, Program Management Companies specializing in DOD Acqusition & Logistics; Secureant, specializing in Secure Communications; Channel Logistics specializing in Port Security. Prior, he was EVP at Gestalt specializing in DOD Middleware and Interoperability. Mr. Fagan has more than 40 years of experience in the Defense and Aerospace Industry. He also has broad experience in Port Security, classified military space, hardware, software, information systems, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) operations. Prior, Mr. Fagan was a Vice President at General Electric, Gould Defense, ManTech International, and ITT Defense.
