Terry Peterson, PhD, is the principal of Terry M. Peterson, PhD. Solar Power Consulting, consulting in the utilities and power generation industry. Dr. Peterson has more than 30 years of experience in solar power research and technology development in industry and academia, including both photovoltaic and solar-thermal electric power generation. He chaired the 2005 and 2007 U.S. DOE Solar Program Peer Review Committees and served recently on the New Mexico Concentrating Solar Power Task Force and the Western Governors Association Solar Task Force. Prior, Dr. Peterson was Manager of Solar Power and Green Power Marketing at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). He holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. (This is me - Update Profile)
