Terry Erskine

Terry Erskine is an independent consultant in the airline industry. Most recently he was the Vice President of Labor Relations at Delta Airlines. He has more than 30 years of experience in airline industry including senior corporate officer at Delta and Northwest Airlines. Mr. Erskine has managed legal, labor relations, and human resource functions as the Vice President of Law, Labor Relations and Benefits. He has extensive experience in negotiating labor contracts with major airline unions, designing of pension, healthcare, and other benefit plans, supervising employment litigation, grievance and arbitration processes, and being the primary interface with government regulatory agencies on labor matters.
