Steven Ramirez is a strategy consultant with over 15 years of experience with entertainment and tech companies. He specializes in M&A Strategy, M&A Integration, Entertainment Business Planning, Strategic Marketing, Business Strategy, Business Process Improvement, and Mergers and Acquisitions. He has held executive positions in film marketing, distribution, and acquisitions/co-productions at New Line Cinema (VP DVD Marketing), Warner Bros. (Director of International Ops), and 20th Century Fox (Executive Management Program). He has launched new DVD products at retail with channel partners like Wal-Mart and Best Buy. He also worked with DVD hardware manufacturers, and other studios, to make the DVD format the most rapidly accepted new consumer electronics technology of all time. His clients include Microsoft, Zoran Semiconductor, Alaska Airlines, Best Buy, Wild Brain Animation, and Spot Runner.
