Steven Davidoff

Steven Davidoff is an Assistant Professor of Law at University of Connecticut School of Law and a visiting professor at the Ohio State University School of Law, where he focuses on corporate governance, corporate finance, regulation of hedge funds, mergers & acquisitions and securities regulation. He has a particular interest in international issues and interdisciplinary research in law and finance. Mr. Davidoff also writes as the Deal Professor for the New York Times DealBook. Previously, Mr. Davidoff was a senior attorney at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London. Before that, Mr. Davidoff was a senior attorney at Shearman & Sterling in their London and New York offices. Mr. Davidoff graduated from the Columbia University School of Law where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude with honors.
