Steven Colville

Steven Colville is the CEO at SigmaSoft International a provider of data management software for clinical trials. Mr Colville is also the COO of SigmaClinical, a CRO providing data management and statistical services to the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech industries. Mr. Colville has over 25 years of business experience of which approximately 20 was spent with Ernst & Young performing Auditing, Corporate relocations and International Business Services in Europe; and Mergers & Acquitions/Due diligence internationally. He is the founder of both SigmaSoft International and SigmaClinical. He has advised small, medium and Fortune 500 companies in the areas of international accounting, US GAAP, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, establishing headquearter operations and subsidiaries in Europe. Mr Colville is a certified public accountant in the States of Florida and Illinois and has extensive knowledge of doing business in Europe. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
