Steven Belmonte

Steve Belmonte is CEO, President, & Partner of The Lexington Collection, Vantage Hospitality's mid to upscale hotel brand. Additionally, Mr. Belmonte is Chairman and Founder of Hospitality Solutions LLC, a full service nationwide consulting company responsible for negotiations of approx 100 hotel franchise agreements and termination claims per year. Mr. Belmonte has more than 30 years of experience in the Hotel Industry. He was President/CEO of Equity Hotel Corp from 1984 to 1991. In 1991 he became the President/CEO of the Ramada chain as well as EVP of the Cendant Hotel Division where he remained for over a decade. Mr. Belmonte was the former Chairman of the American Hotel & Lodging Foundation and is a Certified Hotel Administrator. With experience owning, managing, building and franchising he was also the youngest General Manager in the Holiday Inn Chain when he operated the Holiday Inn Ohare Airport at the age of 18.
