Stephen Fugale is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Villanova University. Mr. Fugale is experienced in the Information Technology sector. He specializes in the development and implementation of web based, custom and vendor based solutions. He is knowledgeable about software engineering, applications development, systems integration, and infrastructure management. He is reporting to the university President and serving as the Chairperson of the University Strategy Committee and responsible for the data, telecommunications and cable networks, campus card operations, enterprise and web applications, architecture, infrastructure and operations, technology support services, media technologies, and the Center for Instructional Technologies including for the University technology strategy and governance.
