Stefan Bretthauer is a partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Hamburg, Germany. Mr. Bretthauer specializes in antitrust law, including distribution law; hospitals mergers, energy law, and franchise law. He has worked in the antitrust department of a major US law firm in Washington, DC and in the legal department of a German automotive supplier in Chicago/IL. In addition, Mr. Bretthauer is a lecturer on German and European Competition Law in St. Petersburg, Russia, and has published various articles on antitrust and energy law such as "Electricity Regulation 2007, Chapter on Germany", Getting the deal through, London 2007, "Münchener Vertragshandbuch", Vol. 2, Chapter on Energy Supply Agreements, 5th Edition, Munich 2004 (Co-Author), "Trademark Licensing Agreements and German and European Competition Law".
