Stan Gutshall

Stan Gutshall was most recently an Operations Manager at Distinctive Homes in Las Vegas, NV. Previously, Mr. Gutshall served as a former Area President for Kimball Hill Homes in Las Vegas, NV. Mr. Gutshall managed the community development division for southwest region. In this capacity, he conducted feasibility studies, acquired land, obtained entitlements, and established/maintained budgets. He oversaw installations of offsite/onsite improvements, built a network of private landowners and brokers, real estate agents, as well as associates with other major builders. Additionally, Mr. Gutshall contracted land purchases and evaluated potential acquisitions, and worked closely with land planners, soil and civil engineers issues on project design and development issues.
