Dicky To is a Tax Partner of RSM Nelson Wheeler, an accounting and consulting firm in Hong Kong. He is responsible for providing consulting services on People's Republic of China (PRC) taxation system, PRC customs duty and import/export procedures, PRC foreign exchange regime, and foreign investment guidelines and Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) implications. He is also responsible for providing advisory services on corporate holding and operating structures, individual income tax planning and compliance, and repatriation of earnings and funding from the PRC.
