Sheldon Church is a consultant for the Eames Management Group, an international retail consulting firm specializing in emerging markets, where he has been since October 2008. Prior to this, Mr. Church was the SVP of Operations and Logistics for Macy's, from 2006 to 2007, where he led the completion of the May merger integration and systems conversion for the logistics and supply chain functions of the former Marshall Fields division. Previously, Mr. Church was the SVP of Operations and Store Planning fro Macy's, from 2004 to 2006, where he directed the logistics, distribution, delivery, customer service, construction, facilities planning and maintenance functions of an 81-store, $2.3 billion department store division. Mr. Couch, from 1997 to 2004, was the VP of Distribution and Traffic for Macy's, where he he directed all aspects of the operation and administration of a 780,000 sq. ft. inner city distribution center and supporting transportation fleet. Mr. Church has previously held high level management positions at the Operational VP of Brookstone (1995-1997), VP of Distribution for The Williamson Company (1994) and the Director of Inventory and Logistics for Larson-Juhl (1990-1993).
