Shaun McCutcheon current serves as a Senior Analyst with Sullivan Group Real Estate Advisors, a national real estate consulting firm providing in-depth analytical reports and strategic planning services to the nation's housing industry. Mr. McCutcheon is based in Phoenix, Arizona and has completed extensive market analysis and feasibility work in his career including a variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in the Southwest. Urban oriented projects completed in Phoenix include extensive condominium market analysis for high-rise luxury projects in the urban core. Mr. McCutcheon has experience in resort-oriented development in destinations such as Sedona, Utah and Northern California. In Southern California, his experience includes infill residential developments in Downtown San Diego, Los Angeles, retail market analysis in the Inland Empire, and litigation involving land valuation in San Diego County.
