Sergey Balantaev

Sergey Balantaev is a Co-Owner and Director at Zetta Com. Ltd, a telecom company, where he has worked since 2006. He was the Sales & Marketing Director at Japan Tobacco International, a manufacturer and distributor of Tobacco and related products, from 1999-2004. At Japan Tobacco International, he managed sales and marketing operations in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan with a focus on the Kazakhstan market, where he supervised a team of seventy one employees, restructured sales operations and managed exports. He has more than 10 years of experience in the tobacco industry with an emphasis on the Russian Federation. Previously, he has served as the Regional Sales Manager for RJ Reynolds International, where he was responsible for sales in middle Russia, from 1995-1999. He has also served Mars Confectionery in different functions in the markets of Germany, UK and Russia at the beginning of his international career.
