Scott Delacourt is Partner at Wiley Rein in Washington, DC. Mr. Delacourt advises clients on communications, regulatory and transactional matters. He has a broad range of experience in wireless, broadband and telecommunications issues. Mr. Delacourt represents clients before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). He was Deputy Bureau Chief in 2004-2005 and Chief of Staff in 2003-2004, at the Federal Communications Commission Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. As a Deputy Bureau Chief, Mr. Delacourt developed and implemented FCC policies on wireless broadband, spectrum management, mobile content, local number portability and tower siting. He also served as the lead FCC official responsible for reviewing several billion dollar wireless transactions, including the Sprint/Nextel, Cingular/AT&T Wireless and ALLTEL/Western Wireless mergers. Mr. Delacourt is an Adjunct Professor of Communications at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. (This is me - Update Profile)
