Sandi Stuart

Sandi Stuart is Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Partner at Clark & Weinstock in Washington D.C. Prior to that, she spent twenty years as a legislative expert on Capitol Hill and in the executive branch. Ms. Stuart was the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Legislative Affairs from 1993 to 1999. She was a senior member of the White House, NSC, State Department, Department of Defense team on all international matters before Congress. Prior to joining the Clinton Administration, she had extensive legislative experience. Sandi was a member of the House Democratic Leadership staff coordinating the activities of the Democratic Caucus and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Ms. Stuart is widely recognized as an expert on Congress and the legislative process and has spoken frequently on the topic at numerous venues, including the Congressional Quarterly series, the California Journal seminars and the Congressional Management Foundation’s workshops for new members of Congress (This is me - Update Profile)
