He has over 10 years of accounting and tax experience across several industries. Prior to this, Mr. Ramakrishna served as a Financial Controller & Company Secretary at Novo Nordisk, a pharmaceutical manufacturer. Before, he served as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he handled the tax issues. Mr. Ramakrishna is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; Fellow Member of the the Institute of Company Secretaries of India; and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.
