Russell Lundholm is the Andersen Professor of Accounting and former department chair at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He has taught at the University of Michigan since 1993 and at Stanford University from 1987 to 1993. Dr. Lundholm's expertise lies at the intersection of financial statement analysis and equity valuation. He teaches MBA and Ph.D. classes in valuation and analysis, as well as an executive education seminar to senior investor relations professionals. His book, titled “Equity Valuation and Analysis,” is used at many graduate schools around the country. Professor Lundholm’s research is published in Business Week, the Journal of Accounting Research, the Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Review, the Journal of Finance, the Review of Financial Studies, the Journal of Political Economy and Econometrica.
