Ronald Innerfield, MD, FACE, is Chief of Clinical Trials and Epidemiology, Emeritus, at the Dorothy Bullock Memorial National Diabetes Center. He is also Vice President of Clinical Affairs of Evidence Based Medicine, a site management organization (SMO) in Princeton. Dr. Innerfield was a primary medical reviewer at the Division of Metabolic and Endocrine Drug Products (HFD-410) at CDER/FDA and Associate Director of Medical Research in the Metabolic/GI Division of Bayer, Inc., and Senior Medical Director at PharmaNet, LLC, a leading CRO. He also maintains an active clinical practice in New York's Hudson River Valley. Dr. Innerfield is well recognized in the field of diabetes, on the editorial board of Cardiovascular Diabetology, and has authored several book chapters and peer-reviewed journal articles.
