Ronald E. Daly is an Independent Consultant with over 40 years of experience in the commercial printing industry. Previously, he worked with private equity firms evaluating acquisitions of printing companies. Mr. Daly was Chief Executive Officer of Oce USA Holdings, Inc., until 2004, a supplier of digital document management and delivery technology. Prior to OCE, he was the President of R.R. Donnelley Print Solutions since the unit's creation in 2001. He was responsible for 2/3 of all RRD's business including all catalog, directory, book and magazine printing. His 38-year career at R.R. Donnelley & Sons has included positions of increasing responsibility in many areas of the company including the Financial Printing, Global Software Services, Electronic Graphics and Telecommunications businesses. Mr. Daly currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Strategy at Loyola's Graduate School of Business. Mr. Daly also serves on two corporate boards and five non-profit boards.
