Ron Barton is an independent consultant in Global Human Resources, Human Resource Outsourcing, including HR BPO and PEOs, Compensation and Benefits and employee cost management. He was most recently a Senior Consultant at IPA and before that Watson Wyatt. He is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, HR due diligence and post merger integration, and site selection and startups in foreign locations. Previously, Mr. Barton was a Partner at Ernst & Young from 1995-2002. He also has experience as a senior consultant at global HR consultancies Towers Perrin and Mercer.
