Ron Torten is the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Inphi Corporation, a private fabless company supplying solutions for fiber optics, memory controllers and high speed analog devices. Prior to Inphi, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Nemerix SA, a supplier of GPS ICs and software to the navigation and location market. Prior to Nemerix, he was the Vice President of Global Sourcing at Agilent Technologies; Vice President, Networking and Entertainment division at Agere Systems. He has also held positions in the hard disk, tape storage, DLT and tape automation, networking, and communication markets, and is experienced in networking solutions, consumer products, VOIP telephony and satellite radios.
