Roger Williams is Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of Airline Information, where he is responsible for providing research, branding and marketing support for internally-generated conferences, management of online and offline publications, as well as delivering management consultation to the firm’s extensive clientele of transport/travel operators, and solution providers. Mr. Williams speaks at key industry events and is a leading expert on the development of future models for loyalty program reward liabilities and currency management. He commands a consulting portfolio for Airline Information including co branding airline loyalty programs with major music talent, shedding loyalty currency liabilities, and creating ancillary revenue opportunities for zero startup costs. Formerly, Mr. Williams was chairman for the 120 airline member ISMC organization and system manager for loyalty and alliances at Air Jamaica, he established solid senior airline management experience before the age of thirty.
