Robin Choudhury, MA, DM, MRCP

Robin Choudhury, MA, DM, MRCP, is an Interventional Cardiologist in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Oxford University. He is the President-elect of the Royal Society of Medicine Section on Lipids, Metabolism and Vascular Risk and serves on the steering committee of the British Atherosclerosis Society. Mr. Choudhury's doctoral research has been undertaken at the Cardiovascular Institute, Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. His research interests include 'vulnerable' plaque, plaque regression and stabilization, cholesterol, (especially HDL-cholesterol) imaging atherosclerosis with MRI, MR contrast agents and molecular imaging techniques.
