Robert W. Lincoln, Jr. is currently a HR Consultant with Robert Lincoln Consulting, L.L.C., a firm specializing in strategic human resources planning, change management, cultural integration and the coaching and counseling of executives, people managers and Human Resource professionals. Robert was previously a Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for Manpower Inc, a publicly traded world leader in the employment services industry. Mr. Lincoln has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management and people strategy development and implementation. Prior to Manpower Inc, Robert was the Global Director of Human Resources, Mergers and Acquisitions, for The Dow Chemical Company, located in Midland, Michigan. He is certified by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). An active speaker on human resources issues, Lincoln has addressed numerous audiences in Europe, Latin America, South Africa and Asia, in addition to North America. His publications include the article "Dealing with HR Issues following the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks" featured in Employment Relations Today, Winter 2002, and the book, “100 Things To Do If You're Downsized,” released in July 2002. Mr. Lincoln is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he received Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology and Counseling and has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston.
