Robert Boyle is the Principal and Chief Executive Officer at The Elmwood Group; a company providing consulting services in process optimization, cost management, and general management. Mr. Boyle is a recognized leader and respected advisor in domestic and international aluminum industries. He has more than 40 years of experience in cost management, operations and acquisitions, finance, technical, and engineering management in the aluminum industry in North America, New Zealand, Australia, Africa and Central Europe. Mr. Boyle also has experience in managing mergers and acquisitions, developing labor relations strategies, and establishing contractual relationships and structures with foreign manufacturers. Prior, he spent 20 years with Kaiser Aluminum and subsequently he was the Owner, Chairman, and CEO of Ormet, a US-based totally integrated aluminum company. (This is me - Update Profile)
