Robert "Lee" Carroll is the President and Operating Partner of Circle C Corp, an independently owned and operated franchise of Papa John's Pizza, where he has worked since 1994. He owns eight restaurants in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. Mr. Carroll also serves on Papa John's Franchise Advisory Council and is the former Chairman of the Youth Council of South Central Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Board and formerly sat on the Executive Committee of the Pennsylvania State Youth Council. He has been involved with Papa John's for more than 14 years. Mr. Carroll received the 2004 Small Group Franchise Operator of the Year Award from Papa John's. (This is me - Update Profile)
