Rick Kowalski is currently the Chief Operating Officer at It's A Grind Coffee Franchise. He operates over 100 It's A Grind coffee houses that are primarily franchised. The company will double in size over the next year. There are currently seven company-owned It's A Grind locations. Mr. Kowalski is responsible for franchise and company operations, all marketing functions, training, supply chain, and quality assurance. Prior to It's A Grind Coffee Franchise, Mr. Kowalski was the Director of International Marketing for Dunkin Brands. He was responsible for over 3,000 Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins stores in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to Dunkin, Mr. Kowalski was Vice President of Food and Beverage for Hilton Hotels Corporation. He lead the F&B teams in over 280 company owned and managed hotels within the U.S. He has also held positions with Sizzler where he was Vice President of Marketing and KFC where he held both operations and marketing positions.
