Rick Collamer is the COO of NOF, a Dunkin Donuts franchisee, where he has served since April 2008. NOF has commitments to build 110 Dunkin Donut stores in Dallas and Austin, TX over the next 6-8 years. Previously, Mr. Collamar was Director of Franchise Services at Dunkin' Brands, where worked from September 2005 to April 2008. Mr. Collamer has over 30 years of experience in the food industry, including marketing, strategic growth, and operations. Prior to his role with Dunkin’, Mr. Collamer was the Vice President of Operations at Sweet Traditions, a franchisee of Krispy Kreme doughnuts in Missouri, Indiana, and Illinois, from June 2001 to September 2004.
