Richard Rouse

Richard Rouse is the President of ROR Mine Consulting, a firm providing consulting services to large consulting firms on mining projects, new mine supply companies, and foreign companies entering the US mining products market. Mr. Rouse has more than 38 years of experience in all aspects of the mining industry, primarily focused on the coal industry. He has operated both surface and underground mines, as well as selected and authorized major mining equipment purchases. Prior, Mr. Rouse was President of M.J. Mining, a contract miner for underground mines; President of Kenerco Mining; and Vice President of Underground Operations for Freeman United Coal Mining Company. He also worked for Consolidation Coal Company for seventeen years serving as a Mine Engineer, Mine Superintendent, General Superintendent, Vice President, General Manager and Division President.
