Richard Oppenheim

Richard Oppenheim is an independent consumer goods consultant specializing in food and beverage, and is a member of the supervisory board of Andreae-Noris Zahn, a leading German pharmacy wholesaler. Mr. Oppenheim is an advisor to private equity investors active in the European food industry. He is also working with a global management consultancy in building effective organizations. Until 2006, Mr. Oppenheim was an Executive Vice President at Unilever Foods Europe, where he was Chairman of 13 subsidiaries across Europe including Russia, and Central and Eastern Europe. His experience at Unilever Foods was primarily in the foods category, covering products such as margarines, savory spices, pastas, staples, canned, and bottled goods. Prior, he was the General Manager of Bestfoods UK/Ireland, Vice President Bestfoods Northern Europe, and a member of the European Board of Bestfoods. (This is me - Update Profile)
