Richard Keelor is the Principal of RH Keelor & Associates providing Private Equity Funds and investors with investment opportunities in distressed real estate. Current projects include the offering of some $250 million in developer-owned tower condominium units. Mr. Keelor is the former VP-CFO of Quadrant Investment Group, a $325 million private equity fund specializing in land banking for the homebuilding industry. For 15 years prior to joining QIG, he was a self-employed business consultant often acting as an interim CEO or CFO for a broad spectrum of clients in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Japan, Great Britain, France, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Mr. Keelor has been a CFO in both the public (AMEX and NASDAQ) and private arenas and a former investment banker, working for a private Swiss Bank. He is a CPA in NY and CT and a Viet Nam era veteran. (This is me - Update Profile)
