Richard Keelor

Richard Keelor is the Principal of RH Keelor & Associates providing Private Equity Funds and investors with investment opportunities in distressed real estate and alternate energy projects. Current projects include the offering of some $250 million in developer-owned tower condominium units and the financing of the construction of 16 privately owned ethanol refineries (non-corn fed) in the southeastern United States. Mr. Keelor is the forer VP-CFO of Quadrant Investment Group. QIG specializes in land banking for the homebuilding industry. Mr. Keelor was the only officer overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and approximately $325,000,000 of land investments and site improvements. Additionally, he directed all land sales to major national homebuilders such as Lennar, Toll Bros, Ryland Homes, Beazer Homes, KB Homes, etc. For many years prior to joining QIG, he was a self-employed business consultant to a broad spectrum of clients on several continents.
