Richard Guyer, MD, is a Co-Founder of Texas Back Institute, the largest free standing spine specialty clinics. He is also the Director of TBI Spine Fellowship Program and has trained over 65 national and international fellows. Dr. Guyer has special interest in cutting edge technology such disc replacement, minimally invasive surgery, biotechnology, and cellular regeneration. He has authored three text books and several articles on spine. Dr. Guyer is a past Presdident of North American Spine Society (2006-2007). He has also consulted for numerous spinal implant companies including DePuy Spine, Kyphon, Spinal Motion, Spinal Kinetics, and K2M. (This is me - Update Profile)
