Mr. Richard Goldman

Council Member Biography

Richard Goldman is the COO of Birkman International, a company that distributes personality assessment tools used for leadership development and career management. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Talent Tree Employer Services, an administrative services outsourcing (“ASO”) firm focused on the middle market. From 1993 to 2003, Mr. Goldman was involved with Gevity HR (NASDAQ: GVHR), including as President and Co-CEO. Mr. Goldman helped turn around GVHR in 1995 and take it public in 1997.

As a leader of the largest professional employer organization ("PEO") in the nation, Mr. Goldman has a depth of experience in the financial, sales, marketing, and insurance aspects of the PEO industry. Mr. Goldman is knowledgeable about the payroll processing industry, the primary competitor to PEO and ASO businesses, and ancillary businesses, such as HR and benefits administration software.
