Ray Carroll is currently a Managing Partner at The Secret Drawer, where he has worked since June 2006. From 1990 to 2005 Mr. Carroll was a Retail Director at Ethel Austin, a discount clothing retailer in the United Kingdom. He worked in a number of positions there prior to becoming Retail Director. He was responsible for running 300 stores nationwide. He was also in charge of promotion, advertising and market research, as well as for the store network expansion and real estate. Mr. Carroll was part of the 4-strong MBO team which took over the company in 2002 and was a Board Member until his departure in 2005. (This is me - Update Profile)
