Rathi Dasgupta, Ph.D., is an Independent Management Consultant. He is currently the Board Member for Intec Telecom Systems, a company dealing into OSS/ BSS solutions. He is an Independent Advisor to Green Hat Consulting, an Outsourcing Consulting Firm. He consults with US and Europe based Companies on IT, BPO outsourcing, and Offshoring strategy including creating In-Sourcing centre as well as managing existing vendors, delivery and quality processes. He also advises venture capital firms on India centric investments. He is knowledgeable on Telecom IT, Retail IT, Healthcare IT, Insurance IT and Digital Imaging Systems. Previously, Dr. Dasgupta was the Vice President at Target, First Apex Technologies, and Office Tiger; Practice Head at Wipro; Engineering Head at Sun. He also held management positions at PwC, Soros USA, Cambridge, Sharp, i2, Xansa UK. He was part of Founding team at TCG in 1994, Coopers & Lybrand in 1996, SUN IEC JavaSoft in 2000 and TARGET India in 2005. (This is me - Update Profile)
